Finance and Accounts Roles

1. Accounts Payable

    Responsibilities

• Reviewing and processing of invoices 
• Providing the resolutions for the invoices and releasing the invoices for Payment.
• Eloquent and demonstrate basic Accounts payable process concepts 3-way match, PO, NON PO, GRN etc..

    Skills Required

• Good communication skills
• Experience in PO, non-PO and Utilities Invoice processing.
• Experience in invoice auditing and payment processing.
• Experience in SAP/Navision/Or other ERP for processing.

2. Record to Report

    Responsibilities

• Responsible for Month End Closing process.
• Responsible for Key and Non Key Reconciliations
• Standard & recurring accruals, prepaid, deferrals, leases
• Nonstandard accruals, prepaid, deferrals

    Skills Required

• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of ERP - SAP / Blackline/ HANA Ariba s4, HRC High radius

3. Cash Applications/Collections

    Responsibilities

• Posting payments from various lockboxes to the customer accounts.
• Responsible for research and resolution of aged unidentified and unapplied cash receipts and accurate posting it to the customer accounts
• Collect the delinquent amount from the customer over the phone.
