Responsibilities

• Reach customers via phone and email to confirm renewal of all licenses.
• Resolve order issues by providing prompt and friendly customer service.
• Confirm contract signatory for each license.
• Update customer contact details in Direct-Trac and the CRM Software.
• Send confirmation details to Client Renewals for processing.
• Update status of renewal process in CRM Software
• Understanding of all processes and protocols regarding MS Office, Direct Trac, LinkedIn, and any other software programs as needed.
• Assist the Software Renewal Team Lead as needed.
• Customer support coordination voice.
• Customer support coordination – email and web.
• Any other duties assigned.

Skills Required

• Experience with interpersonal communications, client relations, or sales.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task and track multiple issues.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts.
• Well-versed in MS Office.
• Should be able to visit Syncfusion Software offices in Chennai when needed.
