Responsibilities	Loan recovery/Collections. Making awareness calls to the customers regarding repayment of loans. Following up with the customers regarding payment. Provide the required customer support, timely and accurate collections Adhere to the process of collections Responsible for managing the Collections, conducting periodic reviews, and recommending collection settlements & also managing collection legal cases and collection agencies for recoveries.
Skills Required	Excellent Communication skills in English and Local Language. Willing to work from office Ability to work under pressure. Be target oriented.
