Business Presentation Specialist (Trainee)- Chennai (0 years)
Responsibilities
- Creating new slides and documents.
- Editing, rework, and enhance existing materials.
- Proofread all documents to ensure quality standards are met.
- Partner with consultants to understand their needs.
- Offer solutions based on understanding of consultant requirements.
- Seek support from team members when needed.
- Collaborate with other team members.
Skills Required
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English
- Experience in voice/non-voice based BPO roles such as Market Researcher/ Search Engine Optimizer, Quality Analyst/ Quality Controllers, Transcription (Medical/Legal/Business), Process Executives (Data), Document Specialist (e-Publishing) etc.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint) and solid typing skills
- Strong attention to detail, quality mindset, and drive for continuous improvement and results
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
- Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and share knowledge and experiences across regions and teams
- Outstanding customer orientation

Finance Associate - Gurugram (1+ years)
Responsibilities
- Submitting vendor invoices following reconciliation procedures.
- Calculating withholding tax for vendors.
- Determine fringe benefit tax liability by collaborating with office personnel and understanding local tax regulations.
- Manage complex reconciliations and identify root causes of issues.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to clear open items.
- Review cost centers and people mapping.
- Perform revenue reconciliations.
- Review operational expenses for the office.
Eligibility Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master's degree/CA Inter in accounting, finance or related fields preferred
- Must have 1+ years of experience either in general accounting/ accounts payable/ accounts receivable/ fixed assets/ expense reimbursement process is required
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles
- Experience in SAP or blackline would be an advantage
- Strong familiarity with productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in collaborating/partnering across teams within an organization
- Ability to work in multiple shift timings as per business requirement
- Excellent written and verbal communication, proficiency in English
