Responsibilities
  • As a Customer support, you will be responsible for processing simple to complex orders and handling inquiries from the client with high accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ability to use deductive reasoning to make sound business decisions.
  • Ability to follow practices and work cross-functionally with multiple teams to complete tasks and other job functions.
  • Ability to multi-task in between tools in maintaining client databases, and validating order information.
  • Ability to verify payment terms with high attention to detail.
  • You will ensure compliance to all company and business policies, administer all open sales orders, and ensure appropriate order flow.
  • Ability to own and manage the internal order to cash processes for multiple products to ensure it comply with organizational policies.
  • Being able to learn and process all products offered in the logo.
